Looking for an upscale "Run for the Roses" apart from the maddening crowd? We've got your ticket in our Turf Terrace in the Upper Clubhouse. Included in your price of admission is a delectable Derby Day Buffet which will offer Carved Prime Rib. The chef is preparing a mouth watering selection that will appeal to every taste. The variety includes traditional Kentucky Burgoo, Pineapple and Chipotle Glazed Chicken, Tomato Florentine, Three Cheese Macaroni and Sautéed Asparagus w/Fire Roasted Peppers as the featured dishes.
Complementing the main course will be Traditional Tossed Salad, Fruit Salad, Cream Cheese with Bourbon Brown Sugar and Assorted Rolls. Of course, it wouldn't be Derby Day without Derby Pie that will join Assorted Dessert Petit Fours on the Dessert Table. All available non-alcoholic beverages are included with the buffet.
